Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It has good coverage, and although my dark spots are not completely removed, it does conceal them and gives a finish that makes me feel comfortable going out. It's easy to spread, and even right after application it feels smooth and not sticky. I had it tucked away in a drawer, but when I used it for the first time in a while, I found it so easy to use that I brought it out. It's a shame I'd forgotten about it. I hope it doesn't go out of print.
I've been using cushion makeup a lot lately, but I prefer liquid makeup, so I bought this one. It has just the right amount of coverage and doesn't crumble, so it's the one I use most often at the moment.
It has high coverage, spreads easily, and feels like one pump is enough to cover the face. Also, as the name "long-wear foundation" suggests, it adheres firmly to the skin and doesn't easily smudge. Compared to other brands I've used before, it seems like makeup transfers easily onto masks, so I use powder and mist to compensate. There are so many colors to choose from, so I had a hard time deciding, but the official website has a color diagnosis section, so if you don't have a store nearby, I recommend using that.
I had a third party check the color and purchased OSLO from SEPHORA. The color was a name, not a number, but I think it was 6600. I like light foundations with little coverage, but recently I've been wanting a little more coverage, so I was interested in this semi-glossy foundation, which has been around for a while, and decided to buy it. It has good coverage, and half a pump is enough. I can apply it beautifully with a Rosy Rosa puff, leaving a little left over. It doesn't completely remove dark circles or blemishes, but it does provide some coverage. It's fragrance-free and zinc oxide-free, so I haven't had any headaches or acne, and so far I've found it easy to use. However, it does smear in pores, so I might not buy it again. It does peel quite a bit when wiped off with a tissue, so caution is advised if wearing a mask. A light-reflecting, glossy foundation might be less likely to smear on my skin. I'd like to try that one someday.
