How to use
[Moisture Foundation Compact] Shake well with the lid closed, then pump 1-2 pumps onto the sponge and dot the entire face. Blend quickly from the inside to the outside. [Makeup Color Base] After toning your skin with skincare, take a pearl-sized amount (approximately 1cm) into your hand and dot the entire face. Spread a thin layer of foundation, connecting the dots with your fingertips. Applying too much at once can cause smudging and makeup to come off. The key to the base is to blend it thinly and evenly. * Be sure to close the cap tightly after use. Caution: Check carefully for any skin irritations. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other irritations. If you experience redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use or after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continued use may worsen symptoms. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. If you still feel a foreign body in your eyes or if any abnormalities occur after rinsing, consult an ophthalmologist. Do not return cosmetics to the container once they have been removed. Do not use this product for any purpose other than its intended use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I always end up coming back to Koh Gen Do powder foundation. The powder is so fine, moist, and spreads so well, and they often have discounts, so it's easy to buy. It doesn't clog pores, and it makes you look like someone with naturally beautiful skin. I think it's a great foundation overall. The only drawback is the case. I wish other companies had cases that fit...
Even when I try the trendy cushion foundations, I always end up coming back to this powder foundation. My skin is thin and not very textured, so foundation doesn't stick well to it. So after applying a primer, I lightly apply it with a face powder puff. It doesn't crumble in an unsightly way, blends in with my skin, and gives a natural finish.
I bought this Gloss Film Foundation 113, COLOR Base Pearl White 4g, tint brush, and foundation case from Beauty Day because I wanted to try it out. The brush is soft and easy to use. The foundation was very easy to apply and had good coverage, so I gave it 6 stars. The tint was easy to use, but it was small and difficult to hold. 5 stars.
I just ran out of pressed foundation, so I bought this to try out. It has good coverage, but doesn't it make fine lines more noticeable? My dry skin from winter's lack of moisture really stands out. Was it just a coincidence? I used it to touch up my skin, so it didn't go well with what I used before? It even came in a red-and-black case, which is a great value for money if you're looking for something from Koh Gen Do, but it's a disappointment. The cost performance is better than other department store cosmetics, but I don't think I'll be buying it again.
The powder is fine and doesn't feel thick, giving a natural finish, but personally, my biggest concern is enlarged pores, so I don't see much of a pore-blurring effect.
