Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's expensive but still good
I used the sample and liked it so much that I bought the full product. I don't feel dry after using this cream. It contains oil, so it's highly moisturizing. I use it at night and wake up in the morning feeling my skin is plump and supple. Because it's so moisturizing, even a small amount is enough for summer. It's a bit pricey, but even a small amount is enough to moisturize, so I think it's good value for money!

I have dry skin, so oil in was very appealing to me. I used a few serums from this series in the winter before, and they were very moisturizing, so this time I also bought the lotion and cream. I love them! I highly recommend this to anyone who feels like their skin is still dry no matter what they use in the winter. I highly recommend it. The natural scent, like the essence extracted from plants, is also soothing, which is great♪
