Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to comment, but I'll go ahead and write it. I've refilled it about three times. I continued using it because it lathers well, makes washing easy, and I felt like my skin was less dry. I've also definitely used less moisturizer! But if I'm being selfish, I've been wanting a scent (it's Orbis, so it's fragrance-free). I've also been wanting to try Hadakara, which has been featured in recent commercials and apparently has a nice scent and bouncy lather, so I'm thinking I'll take a break from repurchasing it. (Even if it doesn't suit me, it makes me want to try other scented body soaps that come in foam.) It's especially annoying since a lot of the things I use in the bath these days happen to be fragrance-free. If I feel dry or it doesn't suit me, I'll come back, and it's a simple product, but one I can recommend.
This body wash is suitable for even the most sensitive skin. It leaves a nice cleansing feeling, so I keep buying it.
When I don't feel like taking a thorough bath (when I want to get out quickly), I just rub the foam all over my body and wash it off. I don't use it regularly. In the past, there weren't many foam-type body soaps like this, but they have become more common recently, so I think I'll stop using it after my second purchase.
It produces soft, fluffy foam. I use it by gently rubbing it with my bare hands. I worry that using it every day will cause dirt to build up, so I prefer to use a body wash towel for a thorough cleanse. However, if my skin is a little dry or itchy due to dryness, I'll use this to soothe it. As others have mentioned, it does sting a little in my intimate areas. I try to wash my intimate areas last and rinse them off immediately, but it still hurts. I don't think I've developed any strange illnesses, but I wish this irritation didn't exist. Perhaps I should just use a soap designed for intimate areas instead of putting up with it. One pump is enough to wash most of my upper body, and another pump for my lower body. However, if I use body cream, I need another pump or so. It's probably gentle on the skin, but I'm a little worried about the irritation it can cause to my mucous membranes... This is my first time using a body soap that dispenses as foam. There are more and more products available at drugstores, so I won't be repurchasing this one, but I'd like to try these types in the future.
I love this product and have been using it for years. I have sensitive skin and get eczema easily, but this product is gentle on the skin and easy to use even for babies.
