Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I used it every day and within a week, the dryness on my heels and knees was significantly improved! It's a great product for combating dry winter skin. I love it so much that I want to give it as a gift to family and friends who suffer from dry skin!
I've been using Orbis frequently since it first launched as a mail-order-only product. Orbis has become a long-lasting brand. However, there are still countless products I haven't tried. This Dry Skin series is one of them. It seems to have been a best-seller for about 20 years. It's a high-quality cream without any unnecessary ingredients. I used one sample packet for my body. The active ingredients are tocopherol acetate and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. Perhaps Orbis' greatest appeal is its relatively affordable price despite its high quality. It doesn't have any particular scent, and its moisturizing power is just right for this hot weather. I have dry skin, so the Dry Skin series seems to suit my skin. I still have a lot of body cream left over, so I'll consider purchasing the full product once I've used up most of it.
I've repurchased this product several times and it's become a long-time friend. I especially use it on my heels. The most effective way to prevent or treat cracked or hard heels is to walk with your heels touching the ground. While it may seem like the impact would actually make them harder, it actually softens and lightens the cracks. However, this alone doesn't quite clear my heels, so that's where Orbis's Dry Skin Cream comes in. I've tried other companies' creams for elbows, knees, and heels, but Orbis's is by far the best and I highly recommend it. While the ingredients don't seem to contain particularly appealing ingredients, it's very moisturizing and softens the skin, addressing areas prone to hardening. The texture is thick and spreads easily. It's heavy but not sticky. It's fragrance-free. I apply it after applying a large-capacity, value-for-money lotion, and the next day my heels are moisturized and beautiful.
My sister-in-law gave me a lotion on New Year's Day for my husband, who has extremely dry skin. It suited his skin perfectly and cured the itching, so I purchased a dry skin cream from this website and started using it. When I think of dry skin cream, I imagine it being thick and heavy, but this has a fairly refreshing texture, similar to Carera. It doesn't moisturize the skin in a plump way, but it absorbs quickly and doesn't leave it sticky, so it's very easy to use and I use it too. Since my husband's itching has improved and the ingredients seem to be gentle and suitable for him, I plan to buy it again once I finish using it. For those who want a soothing scent while caring for their skin, the fragrance-free nature of this product may not be enough. ●Fragrance-free, color-free ●No oils that oxidize easily ●Alcohol-free ●Quasi-drug Contents: 85g Country of origin: Japan
I bought this to use as a hand cream when I used up my points. It has a soft texture and spreads easily. Once absorbed, it becomes smooth and less sticky, making it easy to use on a daily basis. However, considering it's a dry skin cream, it doesn't seem to be very moisturizing. My skin feels a bit tight after using it. It wasn't very good, so I won't be buying it again.
