How to use
Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. Use with caution to ensure no abnormalities occur on your skin. If the cosmetics do not suit your skin, discontinue use. 1. If any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening occur during use. 2. If the above abnormalities occur on the skin after use and exposed to direct sunlight. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. Be careful not to get the product in your eyes, and if it does get in your eyes or if you notice any abnormalities, rinse thoroughly immediately. If any abnormalities persist, consult an ophthalmologist. Be careful where you store the product to prevent accidental ingestion or ingestion by children or people with dementia. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's compact and easy to use! However, it's hard to remove heavy makeup! It's great for people who wear light makeup, and it smells nice too!
It washes without friction! It's moisturizing, so there's no tightness or dryness. It seems to be very good for the skin! After applying the cleanser, even if I put water on my hands and emulsify it, it doesn't remove the makeup from inside the pores of my nose. It's a gel, so maybe that's unavoidable. But I think it's gentler on the skin!
It does remove makeup, but the jar type requires you to use a spatula, which is a pain.
I saw est's oil cleanser featured in a beauty magazine, and when I went to the store to buy it, I noticed that there were other cleansers that looked good, so I decided to go with this jelly-type cleanser since I have combination skin that's sometimes sensitive. It's amazing. It thoroughly cleanses away the gunk and roughness of my nose, without drying out the delicate areas around my cheeks and eyes. It's reasonably priced, even for a department store beauty product, so it's a great cleanser that I'll continue to use depending on the season.
It removes makeup perfectly without drying out. Gel-type makeup can be difficult to remove, but this removes it effortlessly. I like that it leaves my skin feeling moisturized without drying out after washing. *I remove point makeup with a point remover before using cleansing.
