Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Since I started using this moisturizing lotion, I no longer have to worry about dryness caused by the dry season or air conditioning or heating. I've been using it repeatedly.
A small amount is enough to moisturize, yet not sticky. It protects my skin from dryness, which is why I love it. It's great that it can be used in any season!
I've been using this for over 10 years and it's great. I have sensitive skin and atopic dermatitis, but I can use it with confidence. When my skin is really rough it hurts a little, but I can't just not use anything else, so I'm grateful to have found it. I tried a cheaper product and it was quite painful and caused skin irritation, but when I went back to this one, I found something that I thought was safe and reliable. I like to try out different cheap products, so I cheat, but in the end I always go back to this one.
I have dry skin. I use this in combination with Shiseido's Ultimune Aqua Label Blue lotion. It doesn't dry out my skin, has a nice scent, and is very comfortable to use. I've also used the Afterglow Drops, but I prefer this one because it's more moisturizing.
Of all the lotions I've used so far, this one is the most moisturizing and hydrating! I have sensitive skin, but it doesn't irritate me at all, so I think I can use it even if my skin is damaged. My makeup also goes on better, so I really like it. I was also happy to see that there was a 20% points pack on Suzykirei. I'm running out soon, so I'd like to buy it again.
