Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The texture is more like a milky lotion than a cream. Some hand creams with this texture don't have much moisturizing power, but this one is very moisturizing. It also has a nice scent, so I'm repurchasing it.
The purifying hand soap was sold out, so I decided to buy this product to purify my hands. When I think about purifying my hands, I can reach for the hand cream, which I tend to neglect, so it kills two birds with one stone. It's quite slim and easy to carry around, and it feels good to use, so I'm glad I bought it.
I like the cleansing spray, but the spray evaporates quickly, so I bought this cream to apply to my hands, thinking it would have a longer-lasting effect. It has the same sage scent as the spray, and it's like a talisman for me. It's not sticky and just moisturizes my skin, which is great.
I think this is a fragrance that people have different opinions about. I don't think I'll be using it much.
