Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this at a department store. Pencil types often smudge, but this one didn't. By the way, it's winter, so that may have had an effect. I'll update again if it smudges when I use it in the summer.
It applied smoothly and didn't smudge until the evening. I thought it was a testament to Estée Lauder's ability to not come off even when rubbed.
I haven't used it at a live show, so I don't know if it's resistant to sweat or humidity, but it's fine for everyday use! It draws smoothly, but the glitter can be a bit of a concern. It's resistant to rubbing! It doesn't smudge at all! That's not to say that it doesn't come off easily even when scrubbed with tissue! The glitter remains. I recommend cleansing it thoroughly. It's retractable + if you pull out the silicone tip, you'll find a sharpener, so you can draw thin lines!
I bought this because it had good reviews on Suzykirei. The tip is thin and soft, so it's easy to write with. It also has a built-in sharpener, so you can draw thin lines even after repeated use. However, it's quite expensive compared to the eyeliners I usually use, so I'm not sure if I want to buy it again (lol).
I like black eyeliners with glitter, so I bought this one in No. 10. It's soft and easy to apply, but it's a little thick, so it's hard to apply. The glitter and sparkle were really nice. If it were a little thinner, I might buy it again. About 3 stars.
