A liquid liner that allows you to freely draw both delicate and clear lines. It is hard to come off and does not smudge. It is resistant to tears and oil, but can be removed with regular cleansing or facial cleanser. With the cap on, be sure to shake gently 2-3 times before use. Please note that shaking too hard or subjecting the product to shock such as dropping may cause liquid to leak and stain the inside of the cap or your clothes. We recommend using before applying eye color. If lotion, eye color, or other cosmetics adhere to the tip of the brush and make it difficult to apply, lightly wipe the tip with tissue paper before using.
