What it is
A liquid liner that allows you to freely draw both delicate and clear lines. It is hard to come off and does not smudge. It is resistant to tears and oil, but can be removed with regular cleansing or facial cleanser. The brush tip is firm, yet flexible and easy to apply. *Tested to last for 8 hours. according to Shiseido research; results may vary from person to person. .

How to use
Be sure to shake gently 2-3 times with the cap on before use. Shaking too vigorously or subjecting the bottle to shocks such as dropping it may cause leakage, which may stain the inside of the cap or your clothes. We recommend using this before applying eye color. If lotion, eye color, or other cosmetics adhere to the brush tip and make it difficult to apply, lightly wipe the brush tip with tissue paper or similar before using.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've tried a lot of different eyeliners, but this one is by far the best. It doesn't make you look like a panda, even on a hot summer day, and you can draw both thin and thick lines. Above all, it's a liquid eyeliner, so it's easy to apply. And the best thing about it is that it lasts so long. I've already used up dozens of bottles. It's also reasonably priced, so it's a great product.
