Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

There was a time when my skin was extremely dry and had redness around my neck that was worse than redness, but this product never irritates my skin and I can use it with confidence. I use it even when my skin is stable, and using it right after washing my face calms my skin and allows the lotion I use afterwards to penetrate better. You can purchase a larger size on the official Harbor website.
Feel: It has a soft texture with no scent or irritation. It absorbs smoothly into my skin after cleansing and doesn't leave a sticky feeling. I think it's a serum that anyone can easily use. The subsequent lotion also absorbs very well. While the manufacturer recommends 2-3 pumps, I lavishly use 3-4 pumps. I layer more on areas that are prone to dryness. It probably wears off quickly, but this is so much better for my skin... Instructions: After using this, I follow up with Harbor's Deep Moisture Lotion (from the same line) (in spring and summer, I add G Lotion to the lotion on the left) and then squalane. I love how plump my skin feels when I wake up. Incidentally, the Deep Moisture Serum, Matsuyama Oil's Skin Moisturizing Series' Penetrating Water Balancing, and then the emulsion all worked pretty well.
I've been buying this for the past few years. I use it first after my bath at night and then as a lotion. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and absorbs the lotion better. I buy it regularly to save even the smallest amount.
I've noticed an increase in fine lines, so I bought this to combat dryness and it had good reviews. Since I started using it, I feel like my skin texture has improved. It's not sticky, but moisturizes from the inside, so it moisturizes without interfering with your next lotion or makeup. It's not irritating to the skin, so if you're concerned about dryness, I recommend giving it a try.
