What it is
This pencil eyeliner creates a translucent look on the whites of your eyes, contrasting with the pupils. It creates a captivating gaze. Simply apply a line along the lash line under your eyes. The contrast with the pupils enhances the translucent look of the whites, making your eyes appear more vibrant. It's a great way to add a touch of mood to your gaze. Blend it with your fingers to use as eyeshadow or highlighter. Apply it to the center of your lips to create a three-dimensional look. Due to the large diameter of this product, we recommend using the REIKO KAZKI Sharpener. When sharpening, remove the sharpener adjuster.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
