The calculated light overlaps vaguely, creating a subtle three-dimensional effect and a sense of unity with the skin that only four colors can provide. (1) Blend the highlight base in the upper left corner over the entire eyelid with your finger. (2) Apply the shade color in the lower right corner in a line using a thin tip. (3) Blend the medium color in the lower left corner from the edge of the eye towards the eyelid using a wide tip. (4) Lightly apply the nuance color in the upper right corner over the entire eyelid using a wide tip. (5) Lightly apply the highlight base in the upper left corner over the entire under-eye area, then apply the shade color in the lower right corner using a thin tip about 1/3 of the way from the outer corner of the eye.
