Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Winter might not be enough
I bought this as a set with the same type of lotion. I have dry skin, so I prioritize moisturizing, and I use this II (thick type) all year round. It has a thick texture that is not sticky, but still feels very moisturizing. It seems to suit my skin very well, and my skin condition has been stable since I started using it. I also love that the gentle scent is soothing during skincare!
I'm a milky lotion refugee because my skin doesn't get much oily power and it dries out easily, but when I tried this milky lotion that my mother-in-law, who works at a drug store, gave me, my oily power went up by one level at the next skin check, so I think it was right for me. I've been using the black-packaged lotion from a certain brand,. ola, on a recurring basis, and I also use other skin care products, so I can't say that this is all I needed, but I haven't had any skin problems, so I have another bottle left and I'm going to try using it up.
I've only used it once as a tester, so I'll review it again after using it properly, but I'll just write my personal notes. It doesn't feel sticky and is quite refreshing. I'll wait a bit longer to see if it has any moisturizing properties.
