What it is
The Soft Bristle 350 Toothbrush uses bristles from the mane of horsehair and cheek and tail bristles from goats, which are thick and firm enough for a toothbrush. Furthermore, only the roots of bristles with stable fibers are used, making them less likely to bend and longer-lasting. Ebisu's natural bristles are only made from bristles that have undergone import quarantine under Article 40 of the Act on the Prevention of Infectious Diseases of Livestock, as stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, so you can use them with confidence. The bristles are curved for easy brushing, and are planted to match the curve of your teeth.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
