How To Use

Apply along the lash line, filling in the gaps between your lashes. Because this product is long-lasting, we recommend using an oil-based eye makeup remover. When the cartridge is empty, purchase the separately sold "Maquillage Perfect Black Liner BK999 (Cartridge)." Insert the cartridge into the holder. (1) Remove the cap and turn the holder to remove the tip from the container. (2) Firmly insert the silver ball end of the cartridge into the tip, ensuring there are no gaps, and then reinsert it into the container. (3) Loosen the brush tip. With the brush tip facing downwards, press the push button all the way down and hold for about two seconds. Repeat this process about 10 times to thoroughly distribute the liquid throughout the brush tip. (The number of pushes may vary depending on how you press.) It may take some time for the liquid to be distributed throughout the brush, so be careful not to press the push button too hard. . When you first start using the brush or if the brush tip is cracked and difficult to use, press the push button several times to distribute the liquid evenly throughout the brush, then smooth the brush tip with tissue paper before using. . If the line becomes faint and difficult to draw, put the cap on and shake the container several times. Then, remove the cap and press the push button several times to fully soak the brush tip with the liquid before use. . I've been using this for years. Even mascara and eyeliner that are supposed to be smudge-proof tend to smudge easily, but this one barely smudges at all! And when I say almost, I mean that if I put on makeup in the morning before work, and then go out drinking without touching up my eyes, it's only slightly smudged by 11pm. I only use it on the inside of my eyes, the inner corners, and the outer corners of my lashes. The black of this eyeliner is particularly striking, so it's cute when you create a bold lash line! Even though I apply it to my inner lashes, it doesn't smudge on my lower lashes until late at night, and on days when I want a bolder look, I can achieve a striking black finish. And best of all, it's easy to apply! The simple gold packaging and a decent weight. The brush tip is firm. And what's great about this one... I tend to cry easily when I laugh, and I always think it's inevitable that my eyeliner will smudge when I cry, but it doesn't smudge. It does. But it comes off cleanly, making it easy to touch up. What more could you ask for in an eyeliner? Of course not!! Even though it's so good, I've never met anyone around me who says this eyeliner is good. It's been around for a long time, so it's surprising how few reviews there are... If you want to add some power to your eyes, try this Perfect Black!

It's great that you can just replace the ink. It's a push-type pen, so you can get just the amount you need. However, it's hard to get the ink to penetrate the tip of the pen.

The brush is firm and easy to apply. Since you use it on top of eyeshadow, you may want to buy a new brush when replacing the cartridge. Powder inevitably remains on the tip of the brush. But even with that in mind, I think it's a good eyeliner that's easy to use.

I've been using this for years. I've tried other products, but I always come back to this one. It's a little thicker on the outer corner of my eye, but it's still easy to apply and perfect for filling in the lash line.
