Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The amount seems just right for children, but it seems a little small for adults. Another thing to note is that the sensor responds well, so it sometimes dispenses even when you're not holding your hand over it. There are many scents to choose from, but grapefruit is probably my favorite.
I'm buying this again. It dispenses without having to press the pump, and the stylish design makes it easy to use. The battery lasts for about a year, which is very convenient.
I use the Muse in the kitchen! It's very convenient because you just wave your hand over it and it dispenses, but the machine itself broke down and it dispenses three times for every wave, so I've wasted a lot of money so far, and changing the batteries hasn't fixed it so I'm going to have to buy a new one.
I bought this because it foams up just by holding your hand over it, which I thought was hygienic! It does indeed come out as foam, but I like to lather up a lot, so I think the amount is a little too small for me? It would be better if it came out a little more. In the end, I end up foaming up and washing twice.
Since I don't have to touch the bottle, the amount of water getting wet around the sink has drastically decreased! It's quite compact, which is nice. The downside is that it requires batteries, and even if you just want to wash your fingertips, it only dispenses the specified amount, which is a waste. It only lasted about three weeks for a family of two, so it's not very cost-effective, and it's a hassle to replace it. But it's convenient, so I'll buy it again.
