Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have a mixture of acne scars and acne so I'm not sure about the effectiveness yet, but it seems to suit my skin so I'll keep using it for a while!
I want to try something that's said to be good. I bought the small size because it was said to be effective on acne scars. It smells nice! I've been using it only at night on the acne scars for a month. There's no visible effect, but it's an easy-to-use cream. I just put it on, but for some reason, the texture and scent are addictive. I still have a few acne scars that are still red, but they don't seem to go away in a month. I'm thinking about buying it again.
I don't think the effects will be immediate, so I'll wait and see. I'm not sure if the scars are fading because of this cream, or if they would have faded on their own, but the larger acne scars are fading. It doesn't irritate my skin, so I think it's a good idea to have one on hand.
I was struggling with acne scars and this product had high reviews, so I bought it. Around the same time, I also changed my skincare routine, which helped improve my skin condition and my acne scars have gradually faded. However, I'm not sure if this was due to this product alone or if the improvement occurred over time, so I'm giving it a 4. It doesn't irritate my skin and has a refreshing feel, so I think it's a great product to have on hand.
