How to use
With your face and hands dry, take an appropriate amount (2 pumps) and gently massage it into your entire face. After thoroughly blending with makeup, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. If using as a facial cleanser, wet your face, massage it in, and then rinse.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this on the recommendation of a trusted beauty expert. It removes makeup thoroughly, and my skin feels soft and supple after washing. It's also good value for money, so I'd like to buy it again.
The scent is so lovely and soothing ^ ^ I bought this as a cleanser for days when I go makeup-free. I'm happy with how bouncy my skin feels after washing. I think it's also a good product for washing your face in the morning. The only thing that bothers me is that two pumps is supposed to be the appropriate amount, but it's the size of a 500 yen coin, which feels a little small ^^; I didn't feel like I had cleansed enough, but I definitely think two pumps is fine. I tried using two pumps on a day when I was wearing natural makeup with sunscreen, primer, and concealer as my base, and checked with a wipe-off lotion, and it removed the makeup properly. However, I'm a bit concerned about the friction, so I use three to four pumps.
