What it is
This lotion restores healthy, irritated skin. Formulated with anti-inflammatory ingredients (glycyrrhizinic acid, epsilon-aminocaproic acid) to prevent acne and rough skin. It also contains five moisturizing ingredients, including two Japanese and Chinese herbal extracts: Job's Tears Extract (Job's Tears Extract), Houttuynia Cordata Extract, Chamomile Extract (Chamomile Extract (1)), Sodium Hyaluronate-2, and Squalane. It blends seamlessly into the skin, moisturizing it for a translucent, plump, and soft complexion. *Packaging may change without notice.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the soothing version of the Hada Labo series that I always use. It's neither good nor bad, but it seems like it will be stable, so I'd like to use it when my skin is feeling unwell.
I bought this because a friend recommended it. It has a strong alcohol smell. The texture is smooth and refreshing when you apply it to your face. Since it's for acne, I use it on my chin, where I get acne.

I accidentally used cosmetics containing retinol and had an A reaction, and other lotions sting and I couldn't use them, but this one was fine. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's effective against rough skin, but I use it as a talisman when my skin is weak.
