What it is

How to use
Apply an appropriate amount (2-3 ping pong ball-sized amounts for semi-long hair) to dry or towel-dried hair and apply to the areas where you want to create waves. Be sure to shake the can well before using, pointing the nozzle straight down. If you use it pointing up or horizontally, you may not be able to use it all the way to the end.
