Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

There's no indication of how much to use, and it says the right amount, so it's hard to tell. I thought using too little would be bad, so I used a lot, but it's hard to tell how it blends with makeup, but when I rinse it off with water, I feel refreshed. It doesn't leave a tight or refreshing feeling, but it doesn't feel like it's removing unnecessary oil, so it's good for me. My skin feels brighter. I also use Shiseido's cleansing foam at the same time, so I'm not sure which has the effect... The scent is a little strong, like alcohol, but not unpleasant. I'll try one and see if I buy it again.
I bought it at Takashimaya. After my skin diagnosis, I applied toner and serum, and then touched up. I asked, "Which cleanser and face wash would be best for me?" The veteran beauty advisor immediately replied, "Oil cleansers remove too much, so a cream is best." She applied foundation to her hands, swirled the cleanser around, and wiped it off. My hands instantly turned white. She even served it on a plate so I could check the scent, which was a subtle floral scent. I was impressed by how attentive the department store was, even with cleansing products. The instructions on their website were clearly written, so I checked them before using. I used about 3cm of the cream, which is light and blends into the foundation quite quickly with a swirling motion. Then, gently wipe it off with a tissue and rinse it off. (My personal method is to both wipe and rinse.) I wiped it off with a cotton pad and applied toner to make sure it was completely removed, and it was! Approximately 1.5 months, 123g, 4,070 yen. It's not heavy like cleansing creams and feels light to use. I hate how creams take so long to blend in, but this one blended in quickly. It has a subtle floral scent and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. I'm very satisfied, as the beauty advisor chose it for me.
I use Shiseido skincare products, so I wanted to try their cleanser when the prices of their other products went up, so I bought this one based on reviews. The texture is soft and the scent is soothing, and it gently blends makeup into my skin. You can wipe it off with a tissue or just rinse it off. It leaves my skin feeling dry after removing makeup, but it also leaves my skin moisturized. It's so comfortable to use that it's become a favorite product that I want to keep using.
Although it is a cleansing cream, the texture is light and smooth, and it removes makeup refreshingly.
I'd been using Shiseido's Creamy Cleansing Emulsion for a while, but I heard it was being discontinued, so I was thinking about what cleanser to use next. I went to the counter for a skin check and had my skin measured. It was in excellent condition, and since it's the change of seasons, I was advised not to change my current skincare routine. I was also concerned about dryness, so I was looking for a cleanser to use next, and this was recommended to me, so I purchased it. The texture is more like a dewy gel than a cream, and it allows makeup to blend in without feeling heavy on the skin. When you spread it and your hands stop moving, that's the signal to remove it. After removing and washing, my skin doesn't dry out, and it doesn't feel irritating, so it remains in excellent condition. I hope this one doesn't get discontinued either... I love it.
