How to use
After washing your face in the morning and evening, take an appropriate amount into the palm of your hand and massage it into your skin. Refill into a used bottle of "Simple Balance Medicated Whitening Lotion". <How to refill into a bottle> After use, do not wash the bottle, but refill as is. Do not mix with tap water or other products. Refill the entire amount at once after using up the liquid. After refilling, be sure to note the manufacturing code on the bottom of the pack. Please provide this code when making inquiries. (1) Slowly cut the spout along the dotted line as shown in the diagram on the back of the product. * If you hold the pack too tightly, the liquid may splash out. (2) Hold the bottle with one hand to prevent it from tipping over, insert the spout into the mouth of the bottle, and slowly pour the contents in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
