How to use
How to Use: After applying mascara, comb your eyelashes from root to tip while they are still wet. Repeat this process each time you apply more mascara. If mascara has hardened on the comb, soak it in lukewarm water with a mild detergent for a while, then gently wash it off with a toothbrush. Caution: *Be aware of your surroundings and make sure no one is around before using. Always use while looking in the mirror. Take care not to injure your eyes or skin when using. Frequently wipe the comb and body with tissue paper to remove any dirt. Do not wipe with ethanol, benzene-based solvents, or commercially available cleansers or cleansing sheets. Doing so may cause cracks. Strong impacts to the comb may cause deformation. Always fold the product after use when storing or carrying it. Keep out of reach of children and in a dry place.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
