Maybe it was because of the oil, but even after applying powder, I couldn't apply it very well. I could only wipe it off with a tissue and then apply it.

It's very easy to write with and the brush doesn't spread, so it's easy to use! I've bought it several times! It washes off with hot water, but even if it gets wet from rain or something, it won't come off unless you rub it.

I've been using it since I was in high school, so it's been about 10 years now...lol. It's easy to apply and inexpensive. The brown black is neither too black nor too brown, so I think it's a color that anyone can use. Personally, I like it better than Love Liner because it's easier to apply and has better color payoff.
