Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I've bought it several times. It's cheap, so it runs out quickly, but it's the perfect color for when you want a heavy gray and a light brown. It's also easy to apply.
It's easy to use and I like the color
I have all the colors! Since I started using this, I haven't switched to anything else. It's the best value for money, easy to apply, and lasts a long time. It's great because there are so many colors to choose from, so even if you change your hair color, you can find a color that matches! It's recommended for thin eyebrows, or when you want to draw each individual hair. I've never found it to be easy to apply, but I only use it with eyebrow mascara, so I wonder how it would be on its own?
