物流政策
Every order ships directly from Japan by Japan Post, with tracking from dispatch. For US customers, duties are prepaid, so nothing is owed when your package arrives.
Order processing
We begin processing your order in Japan as soon as it is placed. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days on average. Mail-order, pre-order, and restocking items can take longer. Every order ships via Japan Post, Japan’s national postal service, and includes a tracking link once it is dispatched.
Delivery estimates
The estimates below run from the day you order and include processing time in Japan. As of 22 July 2026:
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
These are estimates for International Airmail (Tracked). Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries on orders under US$75. Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically with no code needed. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and tracking is included with every order.
If your country is available for selection at checkout, we can ship to you.
Duties and taxes
For US customers, we prepay all customs duties. Nothing is due when your package arrives. This applies to US orders placed from 1 July 2026.
For other countries, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on arrival, depending on the order value and local rules. This is common in the UK, EU member states, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, and India, among others. These charges are set and collected by your government, not by us, and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
Restricted items
Some items cannot ship internationally by air under postal regulations. These include, but are not limited to: Sunscreen sprays, Perfumes, Aerosol sprays, Flammable or pressurised products, and more.
If an item in your order cannot ship due to these restrictions or a regulatory change:
- The item is removed from your order and you are not charged for it
- You are charged only for the items that can ship
- No unexpected or additional charges apply
Order changes and cancellations
Because our team begins sourcing your items as soon as you order, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, and we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges after an order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
If you entered the wrong item or shipping address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun, and we cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
Frequently asked questions
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Please keep an eye on tracking updates so you do not miss a delivery. After your parcel leaves Japan, it is handled by your country’s customs and postal services. For delivery questions after that point, contact your local postal service directly with your tracking number.
What does (Restocking) mean?
Items marked (Restocking) are available to buy, but stock is not guaranteed, as they may have sold out across our suppliers. Our team will do their best to source the item. If we cannot secure it, we cancel that item from your order at no charge and notify you by email.
What should I do if my order is lost or stuck in customs or transit?
First, check whether you have received any notice from your local customs or postal service. Missed delivery slips and customs notifications are a common cause of delays, and parcels are often held at a local facility waiting for collection or clearance. Use the tracking number from your dispatch email to follow up with your local postal service. If they cannot help, contact us and we will liaise with Japan Post on your behalf to investigate. Most transit delays happen in the destination country and are outside our control. We cannot take responsibility for theft or loss caused by local postal services.
What happens if my parcel is returned to Japan?
If a parcel is returned to us after a failed or missed collection, contact us to arrange redelivery. A handling fee of US$15 plus re-shipping charges will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and contact us in the event of a return. Returned items not claimed within 30 days of arriving back with us are disposed of, and we cannot offer a refund or reshipment after that point.
