My first impression upon opening it was, "The brush is huge!" lol It's a little too big to use... Even though the brush is big, it doesn't stick to my lashes very well (or maybe it's because the liquid or fibers don't tangle?), but it does leave my lashes looking thin, which I like. Also, I don't know about summer, but I like how it comes off easily with warm water. Today's "warm water mascaras" don't come off easily during the day, but even when you loosen them with warm water, the fibers still get tangled in my lashes, which I don't like as I don't like to massage my lashes... I liked the old Maybelline Lashnista before it was redesigned. I've been searching for a mascara that slides off easily!

I usually use hot water to remove my mascara, but when I go out, I use waterproof mascara. I've been using Opera My Lash mascara until now, but before I knew it, black flakes would appear on my lashes, and depending on the sunscreen, they wouldn't come off with hot water. And worst of all, the mascara has a short shelf life, so I was looking for something smaller, and when I found this in my neighborhood, I casually bought it, and it was amazing! It stayed beautiful all day without flakes, and it came off easily with hot water. I bought it thinking it would be fine, but it turned out to be the best!

I forgot to put on mascara! So I popped into a convenience store, grabbed whatever I could, and bought this. The box said "lengthening," but I wondered if it would actually add volume. I worried, but told myself not to get my hopes up. I quickly applied it haphazardly while checking in the mirror in my car, suppressing the feeling that I didn't apply enough, and headed to the venue without really having time to check the results. That day, someone happened to see a photo of me taken from above and looking down, and it showed my lashes from above. To my surprise, they looked long and substantial. They weren't particularly voluminous, but they were quite thick, numerous, and curved upwards. It made me wonder if my lashes were even that long. Looking at myself in the mirror from the front, it didn't really make much of an impact. But to other people's eyes, it was amazing. This is an angle I can't see with my own eyes. Changing your perspective can change what you see. This experience really shaped my mascara choices. If it works well, I think it's a very good product.

I'd been using Deja Vu mascara for years and was satisfied with it, but its high price made it seem too expensive for daily use, so I was looking for a mascara I could use on a daily basis. My absolute requirements were that it didn't give me panda eyes and that it could be removed with warm water. The blush and highlighter in the media section were excellent, so I had it on my list. I bought it when I had some drugstore points saved up. It was smooth and even after a day, it didn't give me panda eyes (though the loose fibers under my eyes are tolerable), and I really liked that it could be easily removed with warm water. However, the finish was... how should I put it... cheap? Old-fashioned? I can't really explain it, but it just didn't feel modern. In the end, I went back to my usual Deja Vu.
