How to Use . Use by attaching to the separately sold Est Eyebrow Holder N. 1) Remove the temporary stopper from the powder cap of the Est Eyebrow Powder Tip N. 2) Attach the tip and powder cap to the holder in that order. . Twist the powder cap left and right and pull it out to dispense the appropriate amount of powder into the tip. Twist the powder cap left and right each time you use it. . Adjusting the amount of powder on the back of your hand before use will help you avoid applying too much and create natural-looking brows. . When you first start using it, some eyebrow powder may fall from the tip, so be careful not to get it on your clothes. . Close the cap tightly after use.
