I bought Estée Lauder's Double Wear Stay-in-Place Matte Powder Foundation in Ivory Nude as a treat to myself!!! Just as you'd expect from Double Wear, it thoroughly covers pores and uneven skin tone with one application, without leaving a powdery feeling (ﾟﾛﾟ屮)屮!!! It has a matte finish, but doesn't feel thick, and I love that it makes my skin look smooth and even. Ivory Nude isn't too yellow, and is a color that blends naturally with Japanese skin, so you can't go wrong with it (´▽)!! It gives a neat look, so it's easy to use for work makeup or for slightly more formal occasions. It doesn't smudge over time, and keeps my skin feeling smooth until the evening!!! It's a little pricey, but it was the perfect foundation to reward myself for all my hard work (´ )

It provides a fine coverage and can be easily touched up without feeling like you've applied foundation! The included puff is excellent, with a fluffy surface that doesn't get too much powder on it, just the right amount. The case also has a magnetic closure, which is great because it doesn't make a clicking noise. However, the level of sebum suppression may be surprisingly limited. It does get shiny after a while...

I was looking for a matte powder and was recommended a powder foundation that doesn't flake even on dry skin, regardless of brand. The puff that came with it is hard to apply and flakes... I've only used it once, so it's a shame, but I don't think I'll ever need it again.

I bought this to touch up my makeup and use as face powder. I use Double Wear liquid foundation in Ecru. I applied it with a face brush and found it to be very light and instantly made my pores disappear. I intentionally switched the color from my foundation, and it was a good choice.
