Curl your lashes with a curler (eyelash curler). 2. Place the inside of the brush at the base of your lashes and apply by brushing towards the tips. 3. Use the tip of the brush to carefully finish the lower lashes and outer corners of the eyes. <How to Remove> . When removing, we recommend using an eye makeup remover.
