I've bought the trial version several times. I'm happy with the scent, the foam, and the smooth finish. The color of the packaging is especially lovely.

The scent isn't too strong, so I recommend it. Personally, I thought it was neither good nor bad, but I feel like if I continue using it for about three months, it might turn out to be better than my previous shampoo. I'd also like to try the new shampoo for damaged hair.

My hair is a triple whammy of being hard, thick, and voluminous. Until now, I'd thought that the only way to tame it was to use a heavier shampoo, so I'd chosen that type of shampoo. The texture of both the shampoo and conditioner is lighter. The lather I got while washing felt more fluffy than bouncy, which was very pleasant. It left my hair feeling smooth after rinsing. The conditioner was also light. I thought this might be the type that would explode after drying, but for some reason it stayed put even after drying...!! It wasn't heavy, and left my hair feeling smooth and manageable. I also like the scent. This is the first shampoo I've used in a while!

I use the shampoo and hair serum. The packaging is lovely and the scent is great. The shampoo isn't harsh, and the treatment has a loose texture that leaves my hair feeling smooth. There are no flaws, but it's missing something that I absolutely love... so I won't be buying it again.

I used a sample. I have long, soft, straight, damaged hair. Both the shampoo and treatment were easy to use. Before drying, I thought there wouldn't be much difference, but once I did, my hair was silky smooth! It wasn't quite moisturizing enough, but it didn't get frizzy due to static electricity, and I quite liked the finish. However, I'm not a big fan of the scent; it's sweet and fruity, but it doesn't linger too strongly. It seems to be a product focused on protein repair, so perhaps the value of the shampoo will be appreciated if you continue to use it? The hair milk has also received high praise, so I'll try that as well.
