I tried the kit and liked it, so I bought the actual product. First of all, I was surprised at how big and heavy the container was for the amount of content. I opened it thinking, "Isn't the box too big for 30g? Isn't it heavy?" and then I laughed at the sight. However, so far it has been very effective on my skin. I use this cream + Addiction foundation, also from Addiction, and a light blush for simple makeup, but when I'm busy I can manage until the evening with just a touch up to stop it from floating up once. I'm not sure about summer yet. The texture doesn't harden even in winter, which is good, and even with a thin application the foundation stays firmly attached to the skin, so it's easy on the wallet. I love it. The only thing that's a bit off is the container...lol

The holiday kit included a mini size, and I was soothed by the lavender scent and how easy it was to use that I decided to buy the full size. However, the SPF is low, so I might only be able to use it in winter. It's perfect for the dry winter months.

I happened to receive a sample of this cream, and was surprised by how good it was. I had no idea what the great thing about the wildly popular KANEBO day cream was, but this one feels great to use, has an exquisite moisturizing feel without being sticky, and has a weight that feels reassuring, like it's sitting firmly on the skin. It doesn't flake even when I apply makeup over it. It's useful when I'm at home or just going out for a quick trip, so I'm planning to buy the full product. Addiction has been getting popular again recently, and I think it's really good. It doesn't seem to be talked about much in magazines, but when you use it, it's really good, and it reminds me that social media and advertising aren't everything.

I thought it might be a little more moisturizing, but I think the natural moisture doesn't affect my makeup in a way! I feel like my makeup doesn't come off easily!
