It's a look-alike. It's cute. I have two other small brushes of this shape. This one doesn't pick up as much powder as the others. Also, it feels a little cheaply made. Is that because it's a Mary Quant product and it's low-priced? Also, it's a little smaller than I expected. It's smaller than both of the other two I have. One of them is red (I hope that helps...). When using pressed powders like NARS or Make Up For Ever, if you use this type of brush instead of a regular powder brush, you won't get excess powder on the brush and you might not run out of powder in no time! It's neither good nor bad. But it's cute.

I use this to apply Mary Quant's skincare powder. Mari Quant also sells square puffs, but they make it difficult to apply powder, so I used the Six Plus powder brush instead. I bought this because regular powder brushes are inconvenient to carry around, and it's very easy to use. It evenly distributes the powder, so there are no uneven spots. It's also reasonably priced, so I recommend it. The bristles are good quality and don't irritate, and it can be used for more than just Mari Quant powder. It's small and easy to carry, which are great points.

I decided that I needed a dedicated brush after all, so I bought one during Beauty Day.

I wanted to use a brush to apply my touch-up foundation, so I bought this thinking it would fit perfectly. I haven't used it yet, so I don't know how it feels, but the cute daisy design makes me excited!

It's perfect for powder foundation. It can be used in the same way as a sponge puff, but it applies a thinner, more even layer than a sponge. I've had trouble applying foundation around my nose with previous brushes—even with sponges, it was difficult to get to the corners of my nose—but this brush makes it super easy. It fits easily into the sponge compartment of most foundation cases, making it very convenient. It's slightly smaller than Clinique's (which is incredibly small) sponge, so I don't think there's a foundation case that won't fit this brush. On the other hand, I don't think it's suitable for face powder. The material is synthetic, with extremely fine, densely packed bristles that aren't prickly at the ends, but the bristles have some body and elasticity. Some people might find this too "stiff." When using face powder, the powder repels the bristles and doesn't adhere to the skin as expected. So, I recommend it for powder foundation. I like it so much that I'm considering using it to set my powder foundation.
