I use it as a booster. I apply one drop after washing my face and applying mist lotion. After that, I follow up with my usual skincare routine, but the other day I forgot to apply this, and the next morning, my face didn't feel as smooth when I washed it. I've tried using it as a replacement for lotion or cream, and although it did moisturize my skin, I wasn't particularly impressed, so this method seems to suit me. As for the whitening effect, I've been using it for over a year now, and my dark spots have been gradually fading. I also use a stick-type whitening serum, so that may be having an effect, though. I haven't seen any new dark spots appear, so I think it's effective.

I've used both the original and this one, and honestly, there's no difference in the feel. I bought this one again, thinking it would be a better deal since it contains oil-based vitamin C, but I realized the purity of the squalane isn't the same. The original is "high-quality," meaning it's 99.99% pure squalane, which is produced multiple times. This one is different. I contacted the brand for more details, and had to wait a week for confirmation, but the only answer they gave was, "We carefully select it." It can't be helped. I guess it's a trade secret. If you're particular about purity, I recommend the original, but if you don't care about purity and want to kill two birds with one stone, this one is a good choice. I think I'll go with the original next time. ---By the way, there used to be a leakage issue, but it seems to have been fixed, and it no longer exists, which is a good thing.
