I use this brush when using Loose Powder 01. It's easy to hold and gentle on the skin, which is great. It also saves powder. It penetrates deeper into pores than the included puff, so it doesn't create unevenness. The best thing about this brush is that it fits perfectly into the powder case when you remove the included puff. I was also attracted to it because it fits in without having to carry it separately.

I use this when applying Mirakore powder. I was looking for a thick flat brush, and this one is so easy to use. The material is gray squirrel and goat (coarse light peak). The bristles are firm and hard, but the tips are smooth and don't irritate the skin at all. I use it on my cheeks in about three strokes from the bottom up. I use it on my T-zone, sides of my nose, chin, and neck, in that order. It came with a carrying case, but I find it too much hassle, so I just put it in my vanity case.

I bought this to use with THREE's pressed powder and powder foundation. The puff that came with it dispensed a lot of powder, so when I told the salesperson I preferred a lighter shade, they recommended this one. It feels great on the skin and blends in well, so just rubbing it in feels great. I appreciate that it fits in a pouch, and I like the round shape.

I'd always wanted to try this type of fan-shaped brush, and when I found out that THREE also had one, I liked the soft, black, and cool-looking mix of gray squirrel and coarse light peak bristles, so I bought it. However, it didn't suit me... Maybe the bristles were too soft, but the powder didn't stick as I wanted, and it ended up floating and not adhering well. This shape also made it difficult to use because the handle was too small. I thought it would be easy to maneuver, but the bristles are about 6cm wide, so it's actually quite large. At the time, I was a puff fan, so I decided that a puff would be better after all. I really like how it fits perfectly into my loose powder case. It also fit perfectly into the Kanebo loose powder case I was using at the time.

The good thing about using a brush for powder is that it picks up powder well. The thick, flat brush allows for quick and thorough application, even in small areas like the nostrils, which are difficult to reach with the included puff, and in larger areas like the cheeks and forehead. The included puff has a unique, bouncy texture that's great, but I always end up applying too much. This brush applied just the right amount for a smooth finish. It fits neatly into the space where the puff is removed. The bad thing about the brush is that it's large, making it difficult to pick up powder at first. It's hard to substitute for blush or other uses, and it's only for powder. Once you get used to it, it's not a problem, so overall I have a good impression. I've used the flat brush that comes with IPSA's pressed powder before, and while it's small and thin, it's easy to carry around, but it's not as user-friendly... This brush is large, which is nice. Apparently, the beauty advisor doesn't carry the powder itself around for touch-ups, but instead loads the brush with plenty of powder. In that case, I'm not sure about the airtightness of the included vinyl case, so I'd recommend putting it in a Ziploc bag.
