I'd been interested in this product for some time, as it doesn't seem to contain harsh ingredients commonly used by adults. I purchased it as part of a three-piece set with the conditioner. My hair was super long when I started using it. It was freshly colored. I use a lot of camellia oil as a styling product for my updo at work, but this shampoo didn't remove it after one or two washes. If you don't use any styling products or only lightly apply them, I think it should come off in one wash. The conditioner is smoother than the beige bottle, so I almost forget my hair is severely damaged from coloring. The beige bottle also did a good job, but I found this to be more comfortable for more damaged hair. It does have a strong scent, which is a concern. I want to use products with gentle ingredients, so I'd like to purchase it again. Unfortunately, the Ma & Me series isn't available locally, so I have to purchase it online.

I was drawn to it and bought it. It lathers well and tames my hair a little. The scent may be a matter of personal preference, but I didn't find it bothersome.

Apple & Orange Blossom. The scent is wonderful right after drying, but not overpowering. It's made with plant-derived amino acid-based cleansing ingredients, and is silicone-free and sulfate-free, so it's safe for kids.
