rom&nd 液体闪光眼影（#03 晚星）

I use this on my under-eye bags! It has a really sparkly feel and makes my makeup look more glamorous! You can see the sparkle even at night, so it's a hit with everyone!

The moment you put it on, the color sparkles and it's so cute. The packaging is super cute too!

I've only ever used Frozen Star, so I'd like to try others someday. (But I'm cool-toned, so I tend to choose blue. I want to buy Minty Way next.) If you put a thin layer on top of your eyeshadow, it will create a beautiful blue color and make your eyes look very cute. However, if you put too much on your brush when using it, the large glitter will pile up and be too assertive. It may depend on the person, but personally I think it's just right to put a little on the brush. I usually put it on top of my eyeshadow, but it's cute enough on its own. I'd like to keep buying it in the future.

The brush is super thin and very easy to use. It has a lot of glitter and it has a nice mix of large and small glitter, so it gives a cute finish. I've bought it over and over and use it many times.

I'm using 04. The large silver glitter is cute. I like to apply it to my under-eye bags.
