Heavy Rotation眉笔（08号灰褐色）

My eyebrow pencil broke, so I bought this pencil. I used to use Heavy Rotation's eyebrow mascara, but this time I bought the pencil. It's easy to apply, has good color, and doesn't come off, so I love using it. It also comes with a brush, so I can blend it out, which I like.

It's easy to use! It's easy to apply and the color isn't too strong, it's the best I've ever used! I feel like the cost performance is a little high.

I keep buying this for whatever reason! I'm not sure if it's good value for money or not... I've never used any other eyebrow pencils, so I can't say for sure, but I think it's incredibly easy to draw with! Other eyebrow pencils are too hard or too thin, so it's a pain to draw them one by one when you want to finish your eyebrow makeup quickly, and powders make them look flat. This solves all of those problems, and the color is perfect for me, as I want my eyebrows to be much lighter than my hair!! I use it in combination with my favorite eyebrow mascara, and the colors match well, so I think it's best to use them as a set!

7 stars! This No. 8 (ash gray) was exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to apply and the color was outstanding! I don't want to let it go! I'll definitely be using it again and again. If you have black or dark hair, I highly recommend you pick it up!

I use Rom&nd eyebrow mascara in shade 03, and I've been using Rom&nd pencils to complement it. However, I can't find Rom&nd pencils anywhere near me, so I was looking for an alternative and came across this. It's cheap, easy to apply, and the color is just right! I'll definitely buy it again!
