I use it together with the lotion. The second one is very moisturizing, so I didn't have any dryness issues even in the middle of winter. If anything, the lotion is a little thick and has high moisturizing power, while this milky lotion doesn't feel sticky. I didn't have any skin problems and I think it's an easy-to-use product (*^^*)
