Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was a popular product, so I had been interested in it for a while, but I wish I had bought it sooner!! lol It's really not sticky at all, but it leaves my hair moist and smooth. It feels completely different when you run your fingers through it. I used to hate it when the ends of my hair would touch my face, but with this, it's not sticky at all, so I don't have to worry about it! I'll definitely buy it again☆
I recommend this for people who have trouble managing their hair due to age, but who tend to get flat with heavy styling products. The price is reasonable and the fact that they offer refills is a good thing, which I like about the manufacturer. I'll probably buy it again. I'm changing my rating. It was fine when used in combination with hair oil, but on its own it's dry and unmanageable. I'd like it to be improved so that it feels a little more moisturized.
