Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the Bio Effect Serum on an airplane, and it really did moisturize my skin with just 2-3 drops, and it didn't dry out my skin until the morning, so I also bought the Day Serum. The Day Serum is a gel type that you only need to pump once, and it feels like it dries out after a while, but when I put on makeup and went out, I touched my skin and it felt moisturized.
I usually start my morning routine by applying lotion after washing my face, but I like how just applying the Day Serum makes my skin clearer and smoother. The Day Serum is gel-like and feels great to wear. In particular, if I leave the Day Serum on for a while, it blends into my skin without feeling sticky, so I apply my makeup primer right after.
I use the serum at night. After trying the cream, I'm now using the day serum. It's a thick gel. It feels very sticky after application. When I start applying my makeup, I wipe it off with a tissue and then apply the CC cream. The CC cream goes on very well. After applying the CC cream, I dust on powder to complete my base makeup, which leaves me with beautiful, poreless skin. I really like the finish, but I don't like the sticky feeling, so I'm going to try using the night serum during the day and see if the finish changes, then I'll repurchase it. It's less drying than the cream, and it makes my pores less noticeable, so I think the day serum is a better fit for me than the cream.
