How to Use: [Cotton Pack Tips] Soak a cotton pad in your lotion until it's completely saturated, then place it on the dry areas. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. Caution: Do not use for purposes other than makeup. As natural cotton is used, yellow or black spots may remain on the surface or inside the pack, but this does not affect the quality. Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin. This product does not dissolve in water. Do not flush down the toilet after use. Store away from extremely hot or cold places and in direct sunlight. After opening, store in a clean place to prevent dust and debris from getting in. Keep out of reach of children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my first purchase and it's similar in size to the cotton pads I normally use. It's comfortable to use and I prefer it to my usual cotton pads.
I already own brushes and sponges from Rosy Rosa, but I hadn't even heard of their cotton pads. Chie Hidaka and Hyodo Sayuri praised them, so I decided to buy them. They're pure white and fluffy. I used them to dab my lotion on my face. I've bought Muji and Michael cotton pads several times, but I have a feeling I'll be using these again in the future. I think people have different preferences for cotton pads, but I like cotton pads that aren't too stiff and don't fluff. I've read reviews saying they fluff, though, so I'll give it a try and see how it goes.
