What it is
SimSim Oil Pulling Oil is based on sesame oil, considered the best vegetable oil for its smooth texture and ability to withstand room temperature. The oil is heat-treated to eliminate the distinctive sesame aroma, and a blend of natural essential oils—peppermint, tea tree, and eucalyptus—provides a refreshing finish. The sesame seeds are extracted domestically using a solvent-free, low-temperature pressing method (only about 15-30% of the raw material is extracted). Of course, this high-quality oil is 100% natural and contains no preservatives or other chemicals. By using SimSim Oil Pulling oil, you can: Improve blood circulation (it is said that transdermal absorption is better in the mouth. Sesame oil has the effect of raising body temperature, and adding high-quality oils will further improve blood circulation); Eliminate bad breath (a healthy oral environment will leave you with fresher breath); Reduce wrinkles (moving the oil around in your mouth will strengthen your muscles and improve skin firmness); Prevent oral diseases (oil pulling will kill bacteria in the mouth); Reduce inflammation (the oil is absorbed transdermally into the mucous membranes of the mouth, allowing you to absorb the active ingredients contained in the oil); Brighten your teeth (holding the oil in your mouth will dissolve dirt and plaque on your teeth).

How to use
1. Place about 5ml of oil in your mouth and wait about a minute. 2. Once saliva starts to appear, swirl the oil around your mouth. 3. Slowly move the oil around in your mouth, applying pressure as if pushing it. 4. Over time, the oil will become watery, so when this happens, gargle with swirls. 5. Finally, spit out the oil (into a tissue or bag).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
