Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's reasonably priced and easy to use, so I keep buying it! I also like the subtle, pleasant scent.
It spreads well and keeps the curls. I've been using mist products up until now, but I think milk products are good too.
I use it before ironing. I don't like the smell. When I applied it to my entire hair, the smell was so strong that I worried it might be a nuisance at work. Now I only use it on my bangs, and the smell is fine at that level. I use it before straightening my bangs. Without anything else, my hair doesn't stay perfectly straight, but with this, it stays perfectly straight. It has decent hold, but on rainy days it tends to fall apart, so I put a cape over it on the inside and outside of my hair at the end and lightly comb it. However, when I iron it with this on, I hear a sizzling sound and see steam coming out, so I wonder if it's okay for my hair, or if it's damaging it. Since it's just my bangs, it doesn't damage it too much, though.
I'm concerned about damage when ironing, but I don't want it to be as heavy as oil, and I'm also concerned about steam explosions, which can cause damage to my hair if it gets wet... so I use this. Since it contains moisture, steam explosions may occur to some extent... I don't like the scent of hair care products, and I often stop using them because I don't like the way the scent clings to me, rather than the way it feels when I use it, but this one has a subtle scent and is easy to use with a less artificial scent. It has a weak setting power.
It spreads well and keeps the curls. I've been using the mist until now, but I think the milk is good too.
