Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use the entire Aqua Label anti-aging care line. It's hard to find it in drugstores, but I love it because it's easy to use and absorbs well into the skin.
I apply it as the last step in my skincare routine after bathing. My skin still feels plump when I wake up in the morning.
The Aqua Label series is inexpensive, so it's easy to purchase. It's a pale yellow essence that I apply to lift my skin. I'm not sure if it actually lifted my skin, but it didn't make it worse, so it's good value for money and I'd like to buy it again.
I liked the lotion in this series so much that I also purchased the serum. I thought it had the same ingredients, but it seems it doesn't. The cost performance is worse than I thought, so I think I'll go back to using the lotion instead of this.
Although many Shiseido products don't really suit my skin, I buy the yellow lotion and cream from Aqua Label when I'm tight on money because they don't irritate my skin. Since it's a serum from the same series, it's also inexpensive, so I bought it as a trial. It's not too sticky and easy to use. Considering the price, I wasn't expecting much from the serum, but before I knew if it was effective or not, I started getting acne...
