How to use
Take an appropriate amount in your hand and gently massage it into your skin to remove makeup and sebum. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water or water. There is no need to double cleanse. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It didn't remove heavy makeup or foundation that clogged pores, so I won't be buying it again. I like the scent. As other reviewers have said, the pump is a bit of a hassle to have to push multiple times.
It's a thick gel that I use when wearing light makeup. It has a gentle citrus scent and antioxidant properties, making it a great cleanser for anti-aging! I feel like my pores are less noticeable, so I'll definitely buy it again.
I've never used it to remove heavy makeup, but on days when I only wear sunscreen, it's irresistible. I absolutely can't live without it. The feel of it on my face and the way it comes off when I apply it really do feel like it's coming off, it's the best. I hope it never disappears.
It was half price, so I bought it at a reasonable price. It doesn't have much of a scent. It's a loose gel, so it's easy to spread. I use light makeup, so two pumps is enough. It didn't feel too sticky after rinsing. It left my skin feeling moisturized, which was nice.
