It smells like sake! It doesn't make you feel sick, but some people might find it unpleasant. The after-wash feeling isn't much different from the company's bar soap, but it's easy to use and doesn't leave your skin feeling tight.
I received a trial set when I purchased another product. This was included in the set. I've been using it for two weeks (I only wash my face with soap at night, so I use it once a day), and I still have about half of it left, so I think it's a pretty good value. The soap itself is quite hard, so at first I thought it might need a lot of water to lather, but you should use very little water! Otherwise, the foam becomes runny. If you lather it with a small amount of water, it creates a thick lather. However, even though it's thick, it's not as dense as other soaps. I thought the scent might smell like sweet sake, but it wasn't particularly strong. If I had to say, it has a slight oily scent, which I don't like, and it leaves my skin feeling quite moisturized after washing. However, the lather is a little thin, so I found it a little disappointing. Overall, it's a gentle product, so it might be good for those with very sensitive skin.
I like facial cleansing soaps and have tried many different ones, but this one is reasonably priced and leaves my skin feeling refreshed after washing. I think it's a product worth the price.
After removing my makeup with cleansing cream, I use a foaming net and wash my face twice carefully using only the foam. I try not to rub my skin with my hands. I wash my face by scrubbing it as if I were washing something important. After that, I use an Electore clay pack. My skin has become whiter and is in better condition than it would be for my age. I recommend this soap because it is gentle. I follow the advice of my father-in-law, who said, "Wash your face with bar soap! It's better for your skin."
