Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's soft and fluffy, and it's the best! This is the only choice for me since I got bangs that expose my forehead.
It's cheap and has good color. It doesn't run out easily, but it's easy to use, so I've kept it for a long time. I can control the thickness and fineness myself. I use Kate or Cezanne for the finer parts. I use them to draw the overall outline.
The pencil type of INTEGRATE Gracy that I've been using for a long time seems to have been discontinued, so I'm switching to this one. The lead is soft, so I use it to draw the general outline instead of using powder. Then I use the fine lead to draw the fine details, one by one. I'm sure there are people who can draw with powder, but I'm clumsy, so I still prefer the pencil type. I hope this one doesn't get discontinued...!
I was meant to buy the retractable type, but accidentally bought the filed type, so this was my first time using it, and I felt like this was easier to draw in. The tails of my eyebrows fall off after a day, so I think it's best to use it just to add more to the areas where your eyebrows are thin.
The lead was softer than I expected and easy to draw with. However, it is harder than the one I'm using now and I can't draw smoothly, so I think it's best to use it when you have time. However, the cost performance is quite good, so I think it's a very good product for people who like the feel of the lead.
